Privacy & Security
Haeyum Labs (“we”) makes LinenTrack. We handle personal information in line with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This page is the English version of our Korean privacy policy, with a short summary of how the product protects patient privacy.
Patient data: designed not to be stored
- LinenTrack does not store patient names, national ID numbers or other patient personal information.
- Items are linked only to internal hospital codes, which are masked on screen.
- Each hospital’s data is kept separate from every other hospital’s.
- Every view and action is recorded in an audit log.
- For the Claude-based features we are developing, prompts are designed to contain only aggregated counts and internal item codes, never patient identifiers.
1. What we collect
- When you ask for a demo or a quote: hospital name, contact email and phone number.
- When you use the service: access records and audit logs.
2. Why we use it
- To answer demo and quote requests and talk with you about LinenTrack.
- To provide, run and secure the service, including audit records.
3. How long we keep it
We delete personal information without delay once the purpose it was collected for has been met. Where a law requires us to keep it longer, we keep it for that period only.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.
5. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop us processing it. Email hello@linentrack.kr.
